Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods

We offer the following shipping options for wholesale orders. The best method depends on your order volume, destination, and urgency:

2. Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are quoted separately based on your order volume, destination port/address, and preferred shipping method.
• We ship on both FOB (Free on Board) and CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight) terms. FOB means you arrange and pay for shipping from the port; CIF means we handle shipping to your destination port.
• For express courier shipments, we provide a door-to-door quote.
• Shipping insurance is optional but recommended. We can arrange insurance upon request.

3. Production & Handling Time

• Standard production lead time: 15-30 days after order confirmation and deposit receipt, depending on order volume and product complexity.
• Custom packaging or private labeling may extend lead time by 7-15 days.
• During peak season (August-November), lead times may be longer. We will communicate any delays proactively.
• Sample orders typically ship within 3-5 business days via express courier.

4. Customs & Duties

• Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product or shipping quotes.
• We provide all necessary documentation: commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin as applicable.
• For CPC/CE certified products, we can provide test reports and certificates of compliance to facilitate customs clearance.
• We recommend consulting with a customs broker in your destination country for accurate duty estimates.

5. Order Tracking

• For express courier shipments, tracking numbers are provided once the package is dispatched.
• For sea freight, we provide the vessel name, container number, and estimated arrival date.
• For air freight, we provide the airway bill number for tracking.

6. Delivery Issues

• If your shipment arrives with visible damage, please document with photos before accepting and notify us within 48 hours.
• For lost shipments, we will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.
• Shipping delays caused by customs holds, port congestion, weather, or force majeure events are beyond our control.
