1. Quality Guarantee
At Guangzhou Southwind Company, we stand behind the quality of our products. All magnetic building blocks and toys undergo quality control inspection before shipment. We provide:
- Pre-shipment Inspection: Every order is inspected for quantity, appearance, and functionality before dispatch.
- Third-Party Inspection: Upon request, we can arrange third-party quality inspection (SGS, TUV, etc.) at the buyer's cost.
- Compliance Documentation: CPC, CE, EN71, ASTM F963 test reports are available for all certified products.
2. Defective Products
We accept claims for products that arrive with manufacturing defects. The following process applies:
- Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the shipment.
- Provide clear photos or video evidence of the defect, along with the product SKU and quantity affected.
- We will evaluate the claim and offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement of defective units in your next order
- Credit toward future orders
- Partial refund for the defective portion (in exceptional cases)
3. Damaged During Shipping
- For insured shipments: File a claim with the carrier. We will provide all necessary documentation to support your claim.
- For uninsured shipments: We will assess on a case-by-case basis. We strongly recommend shipping insurance for all orders.
- Always inspect packages upon delivery and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
4. Incorrect Items or Shortages
- If you receive incorrect items or experience a quantity shortage, notify us within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide photos of the received items and packing list for verification.
- Verified shortages or incorrect items will be corrected in the next shipment or compensated via credit.
5. What Is Not Covered
The following situations are not covered by our return/refund policy:
- Minor color variations due to monitor settings or production batch differences
- Packaging damage that does not affect product functionality
- Buyer's remorse or change of mind after order confirmation (as this is a B2B wholesale transaction)
- Products that have been used, repackaged, or resold before a claim is filed
- Damage caused by improper storage or handling after delivery
6. Sample Orders
Sample orders are intended for quality evaluation before placing bulk orders. Sample purchases are generally non-refundable, as they serve their purpose of allowing you to assess product quality. If a sample arrives damaged or defective, the standard defect claim process (Section 2) applies.
7. Return Shipping
- Do not return products without prior authorization from our team.
- If a return is approved, we will provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.
- Return shipping costs for approved defect claims are typically credited toward future orders or split between both parties, depending on the circumstances.
8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, strikes, or supply chain disruptions.
